PoE Chaining, Heist builds without Doryani's Prototype

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Hi there everyone I posted my heist POB a week ago and it got a good reception, thought I'd post my current currency farmer (again since its in the best state its ever been) Before we get into the build (which can be done by any fast char), thought we would breakdown the elderslayer farm. You buy a full conq set and run them all with maven influence, than run the eldersalyer invitation. Compared to my previous builds, I brought in Windscream and Despair to help with the damage. I have so much movement speed from other sources it being a 20% MS boots instead of 30% just doesn't matter. I honestly see no problems. I have no flasks but I do have 190k boss DPS. Without Despair and Wither and no boss config PoB says I still have 98k DPS which is plenty for act clearing. This entire thing doesn't take into account the 10th projectile. I dropped said Body Armour early into the league and got very lucky 6-linking it. For those who don't know, it's the Heist Unique that lets you freeze with all damage at a higher effectiveness.
