PConc is back in 3.27 to bring you one of the smoothest and most enjoyable starters! Even thought it was nerfed quite a bit, this will still make for an incredible build to use as a jumping off point into whatever content you want to do! You can also just use this as a way to transition into another build and no matter what youll have a great time!

NOTE - Please use the Loadouts in the Top Right to swap between the Endgame, Midgame & Earlygame versions of the build. This will swap your Items, Skills, Passive Tree & Configs around automatically.
