PoE Nebulis, Projectile, Mapping builds

Is there a way to make this build possible without feeling bad? A lot of shit uniques, ok mapping build, but no ubers, mb will have problems even with not uber bosses. During ruetoo's stream i tried to minmax low budget chieftain spark build. I did miss Spark quite a bit, and this league with all the buffs and Ashes, I decided to hop on the bandwagon of Spark Inquisitor, and make it extra thicc and tanky, while keeping high DPS.
