PoE Nebulis, Lightning, Mapping builds

Is there a way to make this build possible without feeling bad? A lot of shit uniques, ok mapping build, but no ubers, mb will have problems even with not uber bosses. During ruetoo's stream i tried to minmax low budget chieftain spark build. This is low budget build, but not ssf viable. It has a lot of cheap uniques. Result is not that bad. Hey, I've been playing Haloplasm's duo spark this league with a ton of success and killed some of the ubers, but I'd like to push it a bit further before the league ends. pob: Wanted to post my very long term project that is finally at a point that I think is worth showcasing. My goal has been to make a SSF char that is cozy to play in whatever content. Explody chest and 250%+ movement speed ensures a ~smooth mapping experience. CI+Aegis+Melding+triple resist flask combo makes me immortal enough to facetank almost anything. A bit over 80m dps more or less instakills every boss out there.
