PoE 3.18 Sentinel Bow builds

I found a build from /u/Dex8172 and made some tweaks to make it my own. Configuration is assuming a mapping setup, but two 5L's should net 1.5mil DPS with a lot of sustain. Would likely scale to 4-5mil with more significant investment. Should be a decent well-rounded league start, but will be slow for bossing.
