Let me introduce you to a skill that has received a significant buff this league compared to other melee skills (top 10 most buffed). It was bugged last league and will be fixed this league, the bug was a hard cap at 1sec duration (you couldn't go below it), now it will be possible to go below it, which changes everything. Hi wanted to share whats probably the best build i ever made, today i killed all of the ubers, i think the only i ever killed before was shaper. This build is fast, has insane dps and it isnt tanky per se but its definetely not zhp. The idea behind it is to abuse power charge stacking with badge of the brotherhood and ralakesh boots. Played lightning strike for a while this league as raider and figured i might league start it again as it felt very solid. Champion is the strongest choice in my opinion for a tri ele lightning striker right now though slayer is also a option for sure. Not much new can be said about champion at this point, permanent fortify synergy with perseverance is just too good, stacking armour and evasion and turning it into damage with a free onslaught on top.
