PoE Volkuur's Guidance builds

So I want to make a Int Stacker Wander that would poison using Volkuur's guidance (Lightning damage can poison) and "Lightning dmg per 10 Int" wand. I was wondering if it could work. I've made this preleminary PoB (VERY BASIC, JUST FILLER ITEMS AND TREE NOT FULLY FIGURED OUT YET) which seems to indicate that it could work. Now my question is, how hard/expensive is it to get 1k Int (I have no experience at all with Int Stacker)? My bugdet is about 30ex (maybe more if I liquidate my Storm Brand stuff).

Hello guys, Recently died way too early on one of my most unique HC league scions ive rolled in awhile. I was using Eye of Winter + Volkuur's Guidance to use eye of winter poison on hit. It Was doing incredible screen clear and single target-- exactly what I was trying to fix on eye of winter. My only issue here is how is POB calculating my DPS. This is the build: PoB is without flasks and only 100 poisons applied recently. I think it is pretty unique and I am looking for some feedback/ideas. Would you do sth differently? Level 90 PoB (I use community edition): I'm using ball lightning in a couple places - the main one is in a CoC setup with blade flurry, and also a low level one in my helm with GMP, high-level added chaos, and CwDT. This procs all the time because of the herald of thunder and storm secret ring. I have another CwDT setup with blade vortex and power charge on crit for reliable power charges. That one also triggers immortal cry. I've stacked a bunch of life and ES gained on attack/spell hit, so I'm basically unkillable outside of one-shots. Aspect of the spider i
