Cheap Flicker, Cyclone or Charged Dash build - Path of Exile (3.0 Harbinger)

Flicker strike is not as bad it seemed but just in case i built it so i could quickly change it into Charged Dash or Cyclone skill without changing anything. This is cheap (less than 30c) and detailed guide for newer players who want something simple and easy in Path of Exile 3.0, Harbinger league. More info below.

-----Leveling----- Check wiki for "list of unique weapons" and just use whatever two-handed weapon for your level. I was leveling with Charged Dash and my damage was very nice. Use Herald of Ash and Hatred aura until you equip Oro's Sacrifice sword, then drop those 2 and start using Anger aura and Flammability + Blasphemy or if you need more survivability use Enfeeble curse. If you have problems with mana instead of blaspmeny just use Clarity and use CWDT + curse instead. Also get rare jewel with +2 mana gain on hit with attacks.

Slayer ascendancy class. Can use others as well. But Slayer is good because you do not need to use Melee Splash support gem for Flicker Strike, which means you do not need 6 link item, making this build pretty cheap.

-----Unique Items----- Oro's Sacrifice sword Fireborn jewel --Optional-- Atziri's Promise flask Volkuur's Guidance gloves (fire version) Bisco's Collar amulet for farming

------Gems and links----- Flicker strike: + Chance to ignite + Multistrike + Faster attacks + Elemental damage with attacks. For 6th link + Fire penetration.

Cyclone or Charged Dash: + Elemental damage with attacks + Fire penetration + Faster attacks + Ruthless. Can use same supports for Ancestral Warchief or use Concentrated Effect instead of Ruthless but 6th link can be either of them. Cast When Damage Taken + Immortal Call + Increased Duration.

Flammability + Blasphemy. Summon Flame Golem. Anger. Leap slam (can be with Fortify). Decoy totem if not using Warchief totem.
