PoE Explosive Concoction, Poisonous Concoction, Poisonous Concoction of Bouncing builds

Compared to my previous builds, I brought in Windscream and Despair to help with the damage. I have so much movement speed from other sources it being a 20% MS boots instead of 30% just doesn't matter. I honestly see no problems. I have no flasks but I do have 190k boss DPS. Without Despair and Wither and no boss config PoB says I still have 98k DPS which is plenty for act clearing. This entire thing doesn't take into account the 10th projectile. If EC was a well designed skill then the interesting aspect (flask usage) would be extremely beneficial to the skill. As it is, this is not the case. &x200B; This isn't going to be a math heavy post, but long story short, you can only regenerate so many flask charges, and that number is way lower than what you need to constantly use sapphire/topaz flasks outside pure mapping. Hey everyone, I started PCOC during Kalandra and really enjoyed it, and during the pre-league hype for Sanctum I decided to throw my brainpower into scaling it to endgame/Ubers. Alright, I hear you, this is crazy. But it could work! See the PoB. No uniques or jewels of any kind needed. Easy to get spell suppress. Crit immune. Decent dam. Very tanky. Good flask recovery. Great life regen. 20% chance to avoid ele ailments from tree. Everything on lifetap to avoid mana issues. PoB has mostly trash equipment, which is what we'll be using. I've done my best to improve this explosive concoction build and I can one tap pretty much all an rares and bosses in maps but 13 mil dps isn't really good enough for uber pinnacle bosses. Am I missing something? &x200B; edited, forgot point blank
