To start off, don't play this if you love yourself. It'll most likely ruin your league start. The basic idea is simple. I currently have a level 87 champion based on wand (power siphon) with impale, also i'm running low life. The boss dps with power siphon is decent, about 2 millions DPS. While mobs dips with kinetic blast not so much. The other problem i have is that i die prettly easly, i'm currently running T12-13-14 maps.
