PoE League Starter, Spell builds with custom stat filters

Hello guys, i am playing an RF-Chieftain since leaguestart and i have investet everything into it because its soooo much fun. Now i have come to a point where i dont know what to upgrade anymore. I wont start a new char this league and will spend everything i get into this one but i wont have the currency for mirror tier items. So i thought lets ask the community what i could upgrade to be more tanky and do more damage. Crafting Convoking wand (min ilvl 60) Spam Harvest speed reforge until you get +1 minions and an open suffix for trigger craft. Alternatively Alt + Augment spam until you get +1 and speed, can also try to regal if you get +1 and a random suffix. Arcane surge on Assassin's mark is a placeholder for arcane surge coming from the cluster jewel. With Overcharge, Shock nova can shock for 62% a pinacle boss. The pen supports with vaal storm call are just here to simulate the "ignore monsters resistance". If the gem duration is too low to support a new use, maybe use a 24 charge soul ripper and rely on the 6 souls gained by 2% life dealt to unique instead.

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Currently there is no one playing Hexblast in this way on Poe Ninja so I guess you could call this an "off meta build" lol :). I do like the Ignite playstyle and maybe there are some fello
