PoE Assassin, Lightning builds

I Spend around 35 ex Crafting/Buyng to take maybe 85% of the perfect gear. \- It's not a perfect PoB, just an reference to end game setup

Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.

Assassin Crackling Lance Fairly simple setup with Inpulsa, dodge, ailment immunity. Intention is to get the speed boost from Assassin and scale cast speed and crit instead of Archmage. Gear is good but reasonable for SC Probably works well with the new Frost Shield or Sigil of Power --- Let's be honest here I only made the build to post the title

This is a take on an autobomber build I have on Standard, only difference is going into block nodes for a extra defensive layer. It is a high budget build that requires a lot of specialized items. It also uses the Lone Messenger node to max out Herald of Thunder damage and uses Storm Brand for single target damage. The PoB config is set up to simulate the initial Herald of Thunder hit on packs in maps, the idea is to onsehot trash mobs / packs while running trough the map at high speed. [

Important Note: using frenzy as main wand attack = 100% change to gain a power charge. user power siphon as main wand attack = not 100% chance to gain a power charge.
