PoE Cyclone, Champion, Fortify builds

Very incomplete PoB \(Community Fork\) Quick Minimal investment concept (96 points spent). I feel like this has potential. With Transcendance, and 8K Life, you can take a max hit of 100k. You can probably get 100% Phys taken as Ele, but Phys DoTs might be annoying though Jugg has decent non-armor mitigation and regen, with leech potential. The main trick is Stalwart Commander stacking on Mediums and Smalls, with the old Iron Reflexes + Grace + Determination putting in work due to almost 250% increased Aura Effect for both. I hate flasks, so when i make a build i always make sure it rely on 0 flasks, other than the life ones PoB: EDIT: 3.4 millions when you have onslaught (you gain Onslaught pretty easily thanks to Raider's ascendancy)

league started with this build, started off using stuff like terminus est and praxis ring for free mana cyclone. got to red maps with essentially no gear, just rando rares. at which point i bought better swords etc. been self crafting a lot with the seeds and have pretty much min max'd most of my gear now. doing a double curse on hit with invuln + assassin's mark, the build is pretty well rounded, tanky, decent map clear speed, and very high dps for bosses, just incorporated some cluster jewels after the buff since they are relatively easy to obtain. pob has my old gear and non cluster jewe

POB doesnt take into account Temp Chains or Shapers Amulet. Duration is probably about 60 seconds. You can definitely fix it up. Its pretty shit right now. &x200B; Why did I do this? because I can.
