This is just a very very cheap throw together build targeted at beginners to show how easy it is to get to 1mil+ DPS with cheap gear in game.
I have tried to explain things to help build a better understanding of mechanics and get people started.
This build is also for anyone looking to morph something into their own style and it can be played with other skills and not just cyclone.
