Path of Exile 3.11 Impale Cyclone Slayer Build. In today's video we present to you the highly requested build and that is cyclone slayer, this upgraded version of the build deals a lot more damage than before while using less expensive items, for example, starforge is not required for the build, this allows for more flexibility overall.
