PoE 3.23 Affliction builds with custom stat filters

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

TLDR: 8~11M DPS full buffs (Totems, flasks), 2.5~3.5M without buffs, 6k+ life, 5~6k leech per second, stun immune, 72% suppress. I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. What I find particularly unique about Oro's Sacrifice is how well it fits with Slayer and Kaom's Heart, so we're going to focus on scaling Health, Crit and max life leech. Hi, i am playing on STD with Necro and summon skeletons of sorcery, my build - , the build can handle all content easily - full deli maps/ubers etc, only callouts - cant tank maven memory game, AG sometimes dies on ubers if i take him in and are not careful, lvl 30 simulacrum usually only 5 rewards. Sup guys. I'm trying to put a starter together and I know a lot of people have played it, but I'm struggling to get the right configuration in POB to not inflate numbers. I got Waggle's first day POB and tried to set it up the best I could with his full geared characters. I never played a DD char before and as said earlier I dont wanna put an unrealistic config. &x200B;

Like a boss Occultist Penance Brand of Dissipation Was a tough time and hard work to balance everything out. Now it is absolutely awesome and my favourite build I made so far. Since every other endgame content including ubers is done in seconds, I prefer to deep delve to have a challange. Added +90% fire res in config because for some reason Pob does not show it properly as my character in game, here is screenshot of it : Added Culling Strike because then it adds the DPS which it shouldn't if my Eternal Struggle worked properly and it has 15% Culling Strike, but I don't know how to add 50% increased effect of Culling Strike, it should be even more DPS.
