PoE 3.23 Affliction Nova builds

Hello, Looking for help with Vortex in SSFHC. Go easy on me this is my first self-made build. I primarily play SSFHC, and I'd like to make my own build from scratch this time. Most of my characters have died so far, and I'm hoping this one will be safer with chill/freeze effects. Gear equipped is just crap random gear I have on one of my leveling toons. It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. I now tried to remake it with newer stuff, and this is what I have so far: Please note there is 2 variants, a war-staff variant and another one that uses regular staff (or replica cold iron). Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. I have pretty much everything I need to swap to LL except a belt. Crystal belts with 14% cooldown recovery seem to be absurdly expensive, so I'm trying to craft my own. I really only want a decent ES roll and 14%+ CDR on it (I'm already overcapped on res except chaos), and anything else is just gravy. Anyone have any idea how I would go about crafting this?
