POB: Tried my hand in build making. Currently it works decent enough to do basic t16 mapping. Would like to push it further. I am limited by my knowledge (and currency) so I'm asking for any suggestions on how to make this better. As soon as I saw the new Covenant with added level 29 chaos damage I knew I wanted to go with a skill with low flat damage to abuse it to the max, and lancing steel turned out to be the perfect candidate. I put together a pretty quick PoB and it turned out just amazing, with 2 mil damage (4mil with Savior), decent hp, all the usual tanky stuff plus insane life gain on hit, AND massive clear from deadeye's chain. I want to preface this by saying I am not good at making builds and I haven't played for a few months. It's certainly not "finished", and who knows how easy/hard uniques are going to be to get. PoB: I had been wanting to do a build with zerphi's heart since doing a soulthirst flicker character before but the way that belt left you feeling like the drug had worn off when soul eater wore off. When I saw 100% chaos conversion was possible for flicker strike by using the new glove implicits and tree, I had to try it. This is the result. Zerphi's heart means we get pretty good shocks and chills on even map bosses and vaal breach means we can basically guarantee soul eater uptime for bosses which can't be done with soulthirst.

I am planning for next league a meme build. Yes next league i like to be prepared :). The idea is to use on hit + slows + poison. I mostly have questions relating to slows on enemies. 1 Does movement speed slow also affect things such as casting speed? Just movement speed or also casts that include movement? 2 how do sources of slow stack? Lets say Maim + chill is it added together and subtracted or are each subtractated after eachother?
