PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor, 3.21 Crucible Shadow, Strike builds

Was very interested by this gem when I saw it, I have barely made any builds before in POE so any advice would be more than appreciated! Budget isn't really a problem, just want to clear some T16s while having fun on a somewhat tanky build

To get past Brutus and Merveil, you can use any combination you want, but it's going to kind of suck no matter what. Power charge gain: 5% on hit from mark quality 50% to gain on crit from flicker of power q20 10% from ascendancy 65% to gain, hits per attack = 88% chance to get a power charge. If sustain is bad, use power charge on crit to get 100. Early on prolly start with normal flicker. Transition to crit later.

Gearing notes: - Tincture: Lightning Pen and Melee Strike range. They're not terribly expensive, and my perfect rolled on cost me 1 div. I like to prioritize the range over the pen, because I like hitting monsters from the other side of rivers. Might be able strike range out for splash, or rage on hit, and get more damage, but then you'd probably be running different tinctures for different content, and I just want to be lazy. - Helm: Anything ES here. Crown of Thorns is a nice starter. Get resistance, get something better than what I have. - Weapon
