PoE Simulacrum builds without Molten Strike

An interesting build based on mana stacking using Mind of the Council and Manastorm to scale damage. I wrote Archmage in the title but it's just a reference to how we scale damage with mana. This is a take on an autobomber build I have on Standard, only difference is going into block nodes for a extra defensive layer. It is a high budget build that requires a lot of specialized items. It also uses the Lone Messenger node to max out Herald of Thunder damage and uses Storm Brand for single target damage. The PoB config is set up to simulate the initial Herald of Thunder hit on packs in maps, the idea is to onsehot trash mobs / packs while running trough the map at high speed. [

Posting my league starter, should be a viable build for doing all content in the game, i myself plan on starting this in SSF. don't mind the weapon it's just a place holder to simulating something i can get a day or 2 in. rest of gear is up to you playing.
