[3.11] Flicker Strike Build - Inquisitor Templar - Harvest - Path of Exile 3.11

Flicker Strike looks fun but it's so hard to control your character especially in delve and you have to be very careful against some bosses. This is not a beginner friendly skill. If you are new at this game i wouldn't recommend that build. Tribal Fury gives "Strike Skills target 1 additional nearby Enemy" and it's very good for us.
