I had a weird idea today and tested it, the result can be found here: Explanation (this is complicated, ngl, somewhat long post incoming): first off, I did a Discharge of Misery CoC last league too, but with Cyclone as the trigger. After hearing all the talk of Lancing Steel of Spraying's usefulness for CoC I gave it a try. RESISTANCE MODIFIERS ARE EXCLUDED FROM ITEMS, YOU MUST DISTRIBUTE THESE BY YOURSELF (KEEP IN MIND THAT CAPPING RESISTANCES IS YOUR PRIORITY) THERE ARE DIFFERENT TREES AND ITEMS FOR EARLY GAME AND OPTIONAL INVESTMENTS, ALLTHOUGH THIS BUILD IS SPECIFIED TO PLAY AS A STARTER WITH AS LITTLE INVESTMENT AS POSSIBLE AND COMFY CLEAR MAPS WITH ONE BUTTON :) DAMAGE SHOULD BE HIGHER IN OPTIMAL SCENARIOS, I SET IT UP TO SHOW AVARGE DAMAGE HAVE FUN!!! :)

PoB: Pretty late in the league so this probably won't get much traction, but I wanted to post this anyways as this is one of the most fun builds I've ever played. I won't claim there's anything super unique here as the core is just a pretty bog-standard power charge stacker, but I am surprised at how relatively underused CSoP is cause this thing hits like a truck (albeit a smaller truck than Penance Brand I guess lol). Pros and cons first and then I'll go into a little more detail about some interesting aspects. Pros \- Insane

Doubts on the Split and Piercing Shots. Those points might be more useful elsewhere...

I guess this is not very original but ever since i started playing POE I really liked Strom Brand. This league was the fist where I managed to get to t16 Map and make some amount of curreny. But I got stuck on one build using Hexblast. I saw a crafting video on YT - someone crafting an insane 7L SB Helmet, so i thought i wanted to make my own build based around that Item. I know this will be VERY EXPENSIVE if even possible, so that is what I want to find out. Please let me know if you think this would be possible to pull off.
