hello , as of changes to the minions ,specifically > Minions no longer have hidden penalties to Bleeding, Ignite, and Poison damage. Summon Reaper no longer has a hidden bonus to Bleeding damage that counteracted this penalty. As a result, minions now deal approximately twice as much Poison damage, three and a half times as much Ignite damage, and seven times as much Bleeding damage. does these changes make posion bama viable? im newb in making builds, did a quick tree

I am planning for next league a meme build. Yes next league i like to be prepared :). The idea is to use on hit + slows + poison. I mostly have questions relating to slows on enemies. 1 Does movement speed slow also affect things such as casting speed? Just movement speed or also casts that include movement? 2 how do sources of slow stack? Lets say Maim + chill is it added together and subtracted or are each subtractated after eachother? I have wanted to play caustic arrow for a while now but it doesn't seem to do enough damage. I threw together this POB and it doesn't look promising: There's little gear, but even with expensive stuff I don't see it doing more than maybe 3 million DPS, and since its tankiness and speed isn't great, it doesn't seem worthwhile to play. Has anyone found success with Caustic Arrow?

This is roughly 25ex of investment. Just wanted to do a showcase unedited that includes deaths and roughly the amount of time it takes to clear this type of map.
