I think this is somewhere around 40 to 50 ex of invesment at this point? I have a hard time estimating becuase a lot of my gear was gotten through just crafting my own stuff. I think 40-50 feels about right as a high end for what I could get if I sold everything today.

In my last showcase someone mentioned wanting to see 100% deli nem3 beyond levels of juiced mapping on a TS Poison Occultist. I had a 20% deli Plateau laying around and I was getting sick of running back to back UGS, so I decided to give beyond + nem3 a try. This is only 20% delirious because my understanding is that there's minimal difference in rare monster count between 20% and 100%, but if you guys want to see a 100% showcase I can spend the orbs to make the map. That said, I think 20% is more practical as most people doing beyond in glenn cairns are probably going to stick to 20% for cost-efficiency.

I learned a ton in my last thread I really appreciate everyone who left feedback for me. I've since done a lot of tweaking and min/maxing and build adjustments. I feel like I'm at a great point defensively, I've started banking XP again and generally I feel very sturdy.

I'll try to list the major adjustments:

GEAR

  • Changed flasks. Felt like most of my deaths were a result of poor uptime on my jade flask. New setup drops mana + silver flask (we take a totem cluster for onslaught now), and runs a Sin's Rebirth for damage and an overflowing chalice for consistency. I just have everything on "Use when charges reach full" because I'm lazy and it's comfy.
  • Crafted a new quiver. Ended up buying a nice cheap ilvl 85 hunter base, then a woke orb. Managed to hit t4 life on a suffix -> prefix beastcraft, avoiding the cdot suffix.
  • Bought a hunter exalt for my belt and fossil crafted metallic + abberant + pristine until I hit enough res + % max life + flat max life
  • Harvest reforge chaos on my hat, took a few tries, but landed somewhere solid I think.
  • Swapped my cdot amulet for a Haste Aul's. Aul was kind enough to drop this for me. I figure it's a relevant aura for the build and it gives a lot of dex so I can't not run it
  • Bought a cull darkscorn for 3ex.

TREE

  • Reworked the tree quite a bit to take more EHP nodes, attack speed nodes, and dot multi where I could easily reach it. It's important to stay above 100% poison chance.
  • Added a large thread of hope towards the bottom of the tree. This is my solution to trying to shore up accuracy and attack speed. This also gives us access to quickstep for a bit more MS and spell supression.
  • Added Lioneye's Fall + Claw of the Magpie wheel + mastery
  • Took the discipline mastery in the ES wheel
  • Clusters are more optimized, I'm running a better 8-node chaos large, and a totem medium, along with eldritch inspiration to help manage mana. At this point I've fully dropped a mana flask (expect for some bosses and non-regen maps).
  • I chose to run 2 mana-serveration efficiency small clusters. I was on eduring composure for awhile, but I felt the opportunity cost of not running a 2nd reservation small cluster was too great. These things feel really strong.

SKILLS

  • Running more auras now: Vaal Grace, Malevolence, Defiance Banner, Hoag, Vaal Discipline, Haste (Dropped Precision)
  • Dropped cast on death + portal, since we already run cast on damage taken for immortal call. Wanted to save the socket, so I just deal with cast on damage portal. Misclicking back to hideout doesn't happen too often, I don't mind it.
  • Tinkered with plaguebearer, I think you should run plaguebearer for a really long time. The skill is very effective, but eventually you can drop it if you really want to. Once you get enough dot multi, you kill things more effectively and safely with TS spam.

Overall not very creative, we're kind of just solving problems with more auras and better gear investment. However, I will note that auras do affect your ballistas, so it does make sense to run as many as you can fit. I think at lower levels of investment you can perform similarly (just with less damage), it's all about taking the right defensive layers for where you're at, and trying to fit in more auras & jewels for EHP.

I'm super satisfied with where the build is at currently. I'm unsure if I'll put more investment into it. I kind of feel like it's super expensive upgrades from here (malevolence dot multi watcher's eye, some crazy chaos bow that can somehow beat darkscorn, woke orbing my hat). I'll probably swap to something new once I farm up some currency on this character.
