PoE Elemental Overload, Slam builds

Hey all, I think I've got a decent iteration of an Ignite build, but want it looked at in case I missed something. I also make zero promises on the cost of this build, though the fact the "PoB Warrior" setup uses Ashes of the Stars but not Mageblood makes me want to estimate it at like 150-200 divines for that version, except the staff is probably never happening in real gameplay. PoB: Note that the PoB is set to the less cracked out gear with Punishment and Convergence not activated. Toggle Enemy on Low Life to enable punishment's damage boost. Highlights:

Long story short, I lost a bet to a friend while we were on a bender, and being poe degenerates we are, the result was that I need to come up with a build, which is in a title (elementalist, with leap slam as a main skill, using ignite). Today, I present to you this abomination, a child, conceived in love and constant misery. I scrapped whatever gear and currency I could from my previous characters and here it is. Leap slam is a main clear tool, vaal smite/smite is used as a emergency damage button and dps bump for bosses; for the curses I use selfcast Flammability and Alchemist Mark-On-Hit.

Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. This seems too challenging with available sources of flat mana per second, so mana stacking was the way I chose. Berserk favors attacks so Mind of the Council was a no brainer. However, not being able to regenerate mana because of Chainbreaker makes it hard to sustain typical Mind over Matter defenses, so I instead decided to make use of the Hiero

PoB concept: Basic Idea: Fist of War support gives a lot of Ailment damage for the next hit every 1.8 seconds. That's perfect for Ignite, I thought! So I made a build concept with it. Sadly I don't have the currency to start experimenting with it and I'm by no means an expert on Ignite and how to get the maximum amount of damage out of it. It's got about 1m dps in PoB with a few open slots (Helmet, Gloves, Boots, 1 Ring) and without Flasks and I don't know how realistic it would be to obtain the weapon I crafted. That's probably without WoC. Anywho, what do y
