Hey guys, it's me yapping for 25 mins about my league starter plans going from lvl 1 to 300+ div investment setups for 3.27.

You can play this exact setup (except bronn's lithe chest) for ice crash as well, if you prefer that, it's nearly the same dmg just a bit slower.
