PoE 3.23 Affliction builds with custom stat filters

Made with low budget in mind, I know 2M DPS is not that good, but I wanted to experiment with Flicker Strike of Power and the new Unholy Might. I don't know if the occultist pop is usefull or not with something like flicker, would love some extra ideas and feedback. Recently there was a post either on main sub or this sub where ventrua was showcasing that potential starters have generally low disparity and more things than we previously thought are competitive. Hy exile! I finished my lastest build in this league. Its a Tectonic slam Juggernaut With 10 endurance charges and 10 brutal charges ( 30% triple dmg). its very effective for mapping expeditions and blight. I forgot to open the character panel but it have 1500 regen+ , nice amount of armour and resistanes. Use Brand Recall to force the secondary debuff from Wintertide Brand to activate faster. Cold Snap for single target. Swap to Devoto's Devotion for more movespeed (also lets you drop the dex node). Can also swap Malevolence for Haste. Sadly can't really use Petrified Blood, on paper it's more ehp than Discipline but Vaal Discipline is more useful imo. Leave out LL if you want to be tankier. I left out Defiance Banner for now because of reservation issues. Get the remaining few k evasion from ring or amulet prefix or higher rolls on flask and gear or something, Utmost Intellect is also very use
