Made a general draft for a trauma support Flicker Strike Berserker and the numbers came out just fine. Just, don't try to do uber bosses on flicker. It's a miserable experience. Notable interactions: Permanent Adrenaline, permanent onslaught, 50% uptime on berserker, rage on stun, 30% chance for frenzy charge on hit vs marked target. Blood Rage optional (!).
