Always wanted to play Glacial Hammer

Currently, I want to confirm that I will self-injure myself with a high frequency of Trauma to maintain the state of less than full blood.

Maybe paired with Strength of Blood to reduce Trauma's self-inflicted damage?

In the above two POBs, Trauma's self-inflicted damage is very high after turning off Immortal Call.

(2) is the lowest configuration currently

But I don’t know the feasibility yet. Which one is better or neither is good?
