Hi, as i fell in love with the combination of Mahuxotls Machination (MM) + Tempered by War + Master Surgeon back when it was introduced, i decided to min max this build as much as i could as my end of league project and to share it with my fellow exiles. Showcasing the POB for my min-maxed TS phys to cold convert build! Here it is, and it's probably the most min-maxed character I have since 2013. Answers to maybe some question around the build: Why Soul Ripper? Taste of Hate or Dying Sun would be better - I honestly switch between those three flasks depending on what I am running. I'm wrapping up Affliction, which I (and many others) likely consider to be the most successful league I've experienced ever, and I have assembled a character that I'm proud of and believe may be of some interest (I've seen a number of posts asking for help using Tornado Shot in juiced maps). Lets start with it not being cheap. at the time of me making this build it costed me 2 mirrors to make. if money isnt a problem and u wanna fuck around with memes while still being able to complete all content, this is for u. Abusing the high base damage and crit of soulrend of reaping, we can just ignore external sources of dmg and just scale gem levels. we further scale it by going crit and we get that from spark gloves. the rest is self explanatory by looking at the items

Since this league was so packed with currency I had a ton of currency to finally pursue homebrewing my own build. What originally started as a Bladefall power charge stacker became a EK Nimi, because of how easy it was to achieve 100% crit with the crit stacking per charge charms.
