PoE Minion builds with custom stat filters

I've been making mainly minion builds for several leagues now, leveling at least 4 of them to 100 in HC Trade so far during last couple of leagues. I've done Zombies, Spectres (when they were viable) and last league Skeleton Mages. We had fairly major minion changes in the patch notes, and thus I'm going back to Zombies. Hey all, Taking a look into the new unique reworks and I saw the new Alberon's. They claim it makes the skeletons "Permanent Minions," but what does this actually mean? Do you think convocation works on these permanent minions? I am digging into PoB and found a long forgotten gem called The Iron Mass. Permanent Minions might give The Iron Mass the QoL it needs to make it be able to be ran without being a total pain in the ass to actually play, but the skellies need to be able to be convocated or else its just dead in the water for me. This is my first time playing Skeleton Mages. I really like it. The only drawback is the slow walking speed, which can be upgraded to rare boots, but sacrificing +1 skele. My current POB: My build is nowhere great, but at 9 mil dps, 15 mil with Vaal it serves my purpose so far. I believe I have only spent less than 20 ex. I have pulled out the cost of my rares from Client.txt and I thought this could be interesting maybe? Usually build guides are pretty vague on costs. I followed mostly this comment in pivoting to CI, my version is forget the zombies they are not required just a nicety, I could squeeze them in because I got insanely lucky when I double corrupted my shield.
