PoE Reap, Vaal Reap builds

Last time around I had posted my self-cast Eye of Winter Occy in 3.16 (which can be found here) and had people enjoying it and taking the ideas and concepts to levels not even I thought of. I am planning to league start a CoC build this league, having never played one before. Bit of a personal challenge and a project to work towards. With the help of some of the people on here, I got a lot of information on how CoC works and I've read up on the breakpoints. Now with the new PoB, I need to actually plan out the tree and skills. I always heard trap/miners were glass cannon so I wanted to take advantage of the massive amounts of incoming life/ES from tinkerskin. Honestly it felt pretty solid defensively, I ran a 15 summit full of porcupines and never had a death clearing and I was just kind of running headfirst in, the build had a strict 1ex budget so a 6Link tinker was out of the question which is a pretty significant problem but overall it wasn't too bad I just don't think the trap life is for me.
