PoE White Wind builds

Hey everyone, I'm currently leveling a Raider to play some Cold Flicker with White Wind + Nightblade Elusive stacking.Wanted to have some people take a look at the PoB (the items are all already crafted and available since I wanted to play an Omniscience build anyway) to figure out some possible problems. After some playtesting, I also dropped Herald of Ice because it did not add a lot towards clear (not as much as commonly anticipated). Hey, recently started theorycrafting possible league starters. I tried to rely mostly on proven concepts. In this build this happens to be Spectral Helix, a bit of Elusive stacking, Spell Suppression (may get nerfed but It is so easy to cap with Raider so it will still be used). With just Frenzy Charges (Raider), Elusive (refreshed with Withering Step regularly) and Chill (Vortex+Bonechill on LMB) ticked against a Sirus config, this setup nets 3.6Mil Dps assuming 2 Hits (should be the average) but with good positioning, 3 hits are possible; this would net 5.4 Mil dps. Currently level 90. Current pob dps is about 500k. Still trying to farm atziri's step and pandemonius. Pandemonius is probably the hardest to obtain. But this was a cheap league starter, well rolled white wind was 4c and 6l i got off harvest craft. Here's the tree and gear i'm kind of aiming for, but have to wait for cluster crafting to get buffed next week.

Playing around with some PoB's for Kinetic Bolt elemental stacking mines and with the latest POB update adding Kinetic Bolt, I've got a better idea of damage. Nothing too out of the ordinary for life miner builds with the exception of skipping Prodigal and Cruel Preparation branch for a cluster jewel with damage and life. Not sure about the KBolt supports. I like Minefield and makes it easier for targeting in all directions, but Barrage Support should be more damage. Might gem swap for bosses if I have a white socket at that p
