White Wind Spectral Throw build guide - Path of Exile (3.1 Abyss)

Spectral throw Scion with White Wind unique dagger, lots of attack/spell dodge, decent-good damage, can clear t15 maps without problems. Made it at the end of Abyss league but it can possibly be good in the next league. Will update info once we know patch notes for next league. More info below.

-----Skills and links----- Main setup: Spectral throw + added cold damage + faster attacks + elemental damage with attacks + slower projectiles + elemental focus 2nd setup for clearing (using pseudo 6 link helmet, or other shaper/elder base items): Spectral throw + elemental damage with attacks + added cold damage + greater multiple projectiles (faster attacks, additional accuracy supports on gloves or hypothermia on helmet) Whirling blades + faster attacks + fortify (+blood magic if you have slots) + Ancestral protector (if you cannot use it elsewhere) Frost bomb, blood rage, haste, herald of ice, vaal grace.

-----Other info----- Move a lot with whirling blades but always try to hit enemies with spectral throw to keep regaining mana and life. Drop ancestral protector + frost bomb against bosses and tougher enemies. Manage resistances well, get cold resistances the most (overcapped by at least +15% resistances on all, except chaos) to benefit from the wise oak flask. Use vaal grace when in big danger.
