Use the Non-Cluster Endgame tree if you just want a more straight-forward Frost Blades build or if you can't afford Crest of Desire.
This tree uses Hatred instead of Aspect of the Spider, aswell as War Banner for the Adrenaline buff vs map bosses, and a level 1 Precision for some extra crit and also enables the use of a Watcher's Eye.
Feel free to use any other helm on this version, like a Starkonja or a Rare with FB or Blood Rage enchant. Your clear will be abit worse, but you will have abit more survivability and single target DPS.
Anoint Disemboweling, or True Strike as budget option for this version.
I only use Dash to cross gaps that Whirling Blades can't, and have it binded on my secondary skill bar.
For either version, prioritize Frostbite ring over Assassins mark until you get an additional curse on your body armour.
Always switch out Ancestral Call for Ruthless on endgame bosses, or even on regular map bosses if you are struggling with them.
Additional Strike on gloves is nice but not needed, it also gives you the possibility to anoint Tribal Fury and not use Ancestral Call at all if you dont like swapping gems.
For Sirus, swap your Jade flask for a Sulphur flask, preferably with Ignite or Shock immunity on it, Use Soul of Solaris and Ryslatha for almost all endgame bosses, Soul of Garukhan and Shakari are good choices aswell.
Help Alira for bandits
During leveling I highly recommend using the "Respec" tree, where you go to Resolute Technique before you go Crit in the endgame.
You can use any weapons during leveling, some good unique weapons include Redbeak, The Screaming Eagle, Ungil's Gauche, The Gryphon, Mortem Morsu
If you are leveling without a Tabula you should be using a Double Strike link for single target.
Don't forget to pick up the Fight For Survival threshold jewel in act 5
Take Unstoppable Hero and Fortitude as your first Ascendancies if you are using the Respec tree going for Resolute Techniques, otherwise go for Conqueror and Worthy Foe first.
If you do that then you should probably include Fortify support in your Whirling or Frost Blades instead, until you get uber lab.
Get White Wind ASAP at level 66. If you are using a 5-link, cut Multistrike or Hypothermia from your links. Use what feels best for you.
You can craft a chest like mine by using Harvest, rolling with Attack modifiers until you get T1 crit and % Life and an open prefix and no open suffixes (which you can block on crafting bench)
then Augmenting a Caster modifier to guarantee an additional curse mod.
If your goal is to farm lower tier maps for currency, you can use a Carcass Jack for more Herald of Ice AoE and damage, as well as use The Taming for more chance to freeze, and also anoint Holy Dominion for more reliable chains.
The Herald of Ice chaining works the best in dense maps like Underground Sea, Tower, Toxic Sewers etc, with alot of monster pack size. So do use as much sextants and scarabs that give extra monsters as you can.
Use a Large Cluster jewel with cold damage, and another similar Medium Cluster that we are already using if you want more reliable chaining and bigger HoI AoE, at the cost of some hp and defensive nodes.
