PoE Infernal Mantle builds

This is a recreation of the character in Necropolis League since the character has since been disassembled in Standard. Used to farm T16 Essences and Uber Bosses.

Me: Copying from: Damage is about 1/3rd. It insta-kills yellows in t16 maps, but my god it is unbearably sluggish. Especially when mini-packs constantly spawn, needing me to drop one of my 3 firestorms to finish them off. If I had explosions it would be so much better, but I can't squeeze in Impulsa. Self-chill spark would cost too much atm Maybe a 2nd skill for clearing? Or should I swap 6l to rolling magma? It's not ignite focused. People really seem to like builds that kill everything around them. I'm one of those people. I played Death's Oath in Kalandra. I posted my +7 Pyroclast Infernal Mantle that dropped from Vaal Temple for me a while back and needed to do a build with it cause of Touhou item memes. Took the initial thoughts from /u/Kidlaze and /u/Daedaloys to try Inquisitor with Malachai's Simula and completely winged it from there. Turned out to be one of the best feeling builds I've ever played due to the big boy damage, comfy inquis defenses, and the amount of offscreening/autotargeting Astral Projector brings. I made a thread here a little while back and got a lot of help from this sub-reddit. My little fireball build was turned around and made alive once again (sorta). I have since than continued to make improvements. Gear upgrades. Testing different uniques. But I feel as though I have invested alot of currency and time into this build and it still doesn't feel good. (I don't have a lot of time to play). As the title states. I've always had a thing for fireball and have wanted to make it work as self-cast. It's definitely not meta but I still gave it a shot. There isn't much currency put into this build and definitely room for improvement. I die ALOT. Like at least once or twice a map. I understand why I die. Mainly I'm not not running grace or determination even though I spec'ed into grace reservation on the tree. I don't have enough reserved mana so I could either save for enlighten 4 or drop a damage aura. And ultimately I don't have capped spell suppression

Edited updated build I have made this build, please tell me what you think. The goal was decent regen, leech, high dps, chaos convert so we don't have to worry about pen. The gear in the build is not great, but decent and easy enough to currently get for cheap.
