PoE Arrogance, Hierophant builds

So far I I copied most of this from some easily available SW Totem builds, which are way, way too expensive though. The goal for this is a sub 5d char that excels at sanctums Basic concepts: Full cold convert, hrimsorrow rn, later might go veiled mod 35% phys to cold 40% Mastery +?? Heatshiver go hiero, get battle mage from forbidden jewels (way cheaper than getting +1 totems as an inq, that alone is 10 d at least) Use marohi+astral projector Go crit, its convinient with the the skills/path, but maybe I should go nc with hiero? (No idea) Creeping frost Totem for chill Arc brand/ass M

Good nebulis is around 1ex Shield is around 1-2ex. These aren't too common on market. Focus on Spell suppression and +1 totems. CAn use harvest to change max res!! get Galesight with corruption - 80C-1ex Amulet was 2ex. I hit with redeemer orb which got me almost nothing. Enchant is another 0.5ex or so. You can probbaly get something close for cheaper. Skin of the Lords with: Lethe Shade, Iron Will, Iron Reflexes, Ancestral Bond, Divine Shield - all of those are good. I like Lethe Shade the best. 80C Gloves - make sure you have open prefix. should be ~1ex Belt - should be around 100c or less.

I'm looking for ideas on how to improve this build and make it have respectable single target damage without compromising too much on league-start viability. I would rather have good defense and a little bit slower clear/bosskills as I plan to run this in hardcore, potentially even ssf. A few notes: If you don't like Eye of Winter you can use Freezing Pulse instead. I just like what Eye of Winter feels like. No jewel sockets because SSF. Tree can be tweaked a bit to grab some sockets if you happen to find any jewels worth running. Like I mentioned, there's no required gear. I don't have any gear in the POB besides flasks and a shield. Yo I made a build and am feeling too lazy to make a video for it. Here's the POB. it can do exarch/eater/sirus/maven/all invitations deathless. tanky and great aoe boss damage, clear isn't the best but it's not the worst. I think furthest I got in simulacrum was 26 or so, but ya know mod rng and stuff and I attempted a total of 2 I believe (I haven't played in a few weeks). Idk feel free to ask questions but I might not remember. no idea what the gear is worth, I think I made everything besides the boots. gl

POB: Just a meme build theory, dont take too seriously. (Also, I'm not going to push this into practice cause already 36 challenge this league.) In theory, playstyle could be very simple. Shield charging, placing a searing bond totem and repeating this cycle until boss fight, then spamming totems. With ashes of stars and phantasmal Q gems, 12 totems in total grant giga life and mana regen thus compensate cost of indigon in some way. Gears in POB are not realistic at all, just provide some ideas to min-max searing bond dot dmg.

Thoughts Pros \-Decent Damage/Clear \-Very good EHP (Block) \-Simple gear choices (Uniques everywhere lol) \-Budget 10ish ex? Clusters easy to craft. Watchers Eye 2ex Cons \-Chaos bosses can kill you if not careful \-Slow ES sustain, if a lot of damage goes through block you die \-Low physical Resistance, can be one shotted by big phys hits. \-DPS listed is not accurate, probably more like 25-40% less depending on Manapool, easily stays below 50% though.
