PoE Incandescent Heart builds without Ice Nova of Frostbolts, Trap and Mine Damage, Vaal Spark

Hey iam currently theorycrafting a more budgetfriendly Reap chieftain league starter without the sublime vision jewel. And iam wondering if the 5% lightning and cold damage, that are basically not mitigated, are going to kill me. The PoB looks good so far. Help is appreciated! PoB:

this guy is fairly tanky, but it doesnt feel THAT tanky. im not sure i'm understanding some of the math in PoB and why it thinks the effective hit pool is that high? (i only have like 4.5k eHP) I would also of course like tips to take that existing HP even further if you got em.

So here\s my Coc DD necromancer I\ve been building around for the last couple days. Since the new amulets are chase items I wanted to try something that was cheap and I knew it was still good So I tried the Leadership's Price. This item combine with Melding and Aegis is a very good combo IMO. Just in case someone got interested in playing this build and have some ideas on how to improve the single target dps I would appreciated that. Hi exiles, I wanted to try make a VD that is not CODT and after some thought this was the best I came with. The budget I think it is probably arround 20 ex and mainly because of some not mandatory items like the watcher's eye. Any suggestions for improvement? A few days ago, someone mentioned using frostblink as a main skill, and I believe quite a few people have toyed around with the idea... however, I wanted to share my dumb Frostblink Ignite Frostferno helm build for your viewing pleasure/harsh criticism. Original idea was to do CwC bodyswap (which this still can with a gem swap) but frostblink is also instant and might be tolerable with some reduced CDR. Hey, So I've made a pretty functional build, it's an ele conversion ethereal knives build that uses various sources of ele as extra chaos dmg for the majority of the scaling. As you'd expect its a very fast mapper, but it struggles quite a bit with single target (as is usually the case with EK). So i'm looking for advice on how to improve it further if I were to roll it again in the future. cheers!

Hey friends, I've been wanting to do an EK build forever and with these new boosts perhaps it's finally viable-ish I've gone a pretty classic ele stacking convert to chaos I think it might be a decent league starter. Items should be relatively cheap. Will likely need to ease my way into hatred once I'm able to scale my mana reserved. Would likely start with a Herald instead before squeaking out that extra 10% more damage with hatred. So, I was watching Jaamon's channel on Youtube (good Youtuber, good builds in general, recommend this guy) and he put up a pretty solid rolling magma ignite build. I worked at it a bit based off his stuff and came with this idea of using stormbind + blackflame + Eber's unification + incandescent heart. It turned out pretty well, but only in theory.
