So I was playing with Jungroans double coc and I liked how beefy it was but its was really short range. And with blinking uber uber elder and uber maven fights the dps uptime is really low and ends up feeling quite bad. So I kept thinking and the solution came to me,its mathil's long coc. Problem is mathils coc is selfadmittedly quite squishy against elemental damage and went through some nerfs, so why not get the beefiness of jungroan and the length of mathil.
Combining the defences of jungroans double coc with the range and damage of mathils coc created a well rounded beast that took down most the ubers and feels really enjoyable to play. My biggest gripe with a lot of uber videos right now is that the defensive layers seems to be patched around by adding mageblood, instead this build uses divine flesh to make chaos resistance 90% and the elemental resistances be treated as if you had 87% resistance, giving you something like a melding setup. Additonally chaos golem and armor scaling make the physical reduction pretty high (tanked one too many uber shaper slams to the face). I've killed Uber Shaper, Uber uber elder and uber maven countless times deathlessly and had no big issues. Havent attempted exarch/sirus as they just visually cause me pain, tho I wouldn't be suprised if the build handles it fine.
I want to make it clear, this build isnt extremely optimised and this is the main reason why I'm posting this, I'd like to see more innovation with this archetype as its really fun.
My version ends up peaking 40mil dps (assuming 80k corpse explo, as 130k from kitava's heralds and 100k spawns from phantasmal desecrate mesh with base mobs). Tho thats with perfect attack speed ramp and aspect of the spider and convergence, while in reality in ubers dps feels more around 20mil range. The ramp time doesnt feel bad as lightning golem and divine blessing haste bridge the gap. Maximum elemental hits taken end up around 4 times higher than mathils, which feels really amazing for uber bosses (133k with molten shell, 69k without). The nerf from last patch mathils version is well compensated (losing 15% brittle so more crit on cluster jewels).
My changes from mathils setup is that Asenath's mark (0.3s cd) wasnt providing enough corpses to support both volatile dead and detonate dead being in main setup, as well as two gems in the main setup lowering the maximum hit which in turn makes applying 6% brittle (sadge) and 30% scorch harder. In my version I use only detonate dead when bossing, which with 3 eye of the storm notables this creates hits large enough to ensure 6% brittle on bosses like uber shaper. Cutting volatile dead from main setup also allowed me to not have to go for Undertaker, which lets me have a more compact tree on the left side with more value. Add the jungroan double coc package of divine flesh, incandescent heart and 90% chaos res on top and you've got beef. Devouring diadem solves all the mana issues. As a luxury I'm using weapon swap with volatile dead to quickly alter my setup, but the clear with detonate dead itself isnt bad as I've shown in the video, tho if you want you can gem swap.
The baseline is about 25 divines, 12 going to the two forbidden jewels, 6 to the bow, and rest on gear and jewels. Leadership roll isn't as important since 75% of the damage we take as chaos anyway (helps against ground dots tho). I've personally invested around 40div into my character. There's a lot of cool options and optimisations in the build, firstly I'm getting +1 chaos res from glorious vanity notable, allowing me to skip having to take antivenom on a cluster jewel. I also got a double vitality watchers eye which allows me to not have to get doryani's cluster notable for leech. I'm using divine blessing haste to gain movement speed, this can be swapped with grace or even on some fights purity of elements to get full elemental immunity. Another option is removing skitterbots and aspect of the spider for permanent grace or purity of elements. I'm also pathing 4 nodes for my anima stone that mostly provides a lightning golem and some intelligence, tho the lightning golems attack speed (as well as haste aura) helps ramp time massively between intermission phases. Leadership isnt very hard to balance around, with my tree using intelligence essence on a stygian vise as well as the abyss jewel inside allows for pretty easy balance. Idea for stygian vise is to hunter exalt flask charge on crit prefix, but I've gotten it from my watchers eye skipping this step. I'm also not even using armor bases for my gloves and boots which would result in even more physical reduction. I'm also very overcapped on both accuracy and crit with my flask up, which could be played around with. There's also a lot of early game options before you can get a DD enchant/woke cascade, going only VD is an option with 9 detonations which will feel about the same damage for pinnacle bosses, but wont apply as big brittles on uber bosses; tho VD creates way more hits giving you more life on hit and also ramps your attack speed faster.
Crafting the bow and quiver isnt hard, as mathils original video shows. (due to new ilvl culling shaper bone bows dont drop, you make them by buying a 6L bone bow, using cheapest conqorer exalt and using harvest influence reroll to hit shaper, costs maybe 1div on average to get a 6L shaper bone bow)

also for my own sanity, tried out uber sirus, got him first try, died twice to not seeing the floor degen because of DD, its doable but not easy
Edit2: There some interesting optimisations I've adopted, firstly I've finally leveled my awakened fire pen to 5 so I can drop exposure on gloves and get fire leech there, so I can get watchers with precision multi for some damage. Also I saw a guy doing 6L golems in chest with Enhance 4, which I also adopted by dropping inc duration on my divine blessing. I also got a mageblood (boooo) which fixes resistances so I can fit tailwind+cdr woke boots but thats a bit too much, honestly its overkill since I really didnt feel the power 240div should give you for this build just a bit of zoom. Another thing I havent considered is if you life quality your rings it drops the mana cost by another 2 which may be useful for some.
