PoE Might of the Bear, Chaining builds

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

DPS is configured for Uber bosses. Mostly just sharing because I am also a newer player, and never had a ton of currency this league, but was able to accomplish the Ubers without any big purchases with this build, and it was a lot of fun to play. You can farm and craft a decent chunk of the items too. No cluster jewels at all which can be very expensive. Was very interested by this gem when I saw it, I have barely made any builds before in POE so any advice would be more than appreciated! Budget isn't really a problem, just want to clear some T16s while having fun on a somewhat tanky build

I've been working on this build for a bit over a week now, spending more time in POB and trade than actually playing several of those days. My second build of the league based primarily on Jungroan's Arc Assassin build. The power charge stacker / ES stacking template that a lot of builds are using. I'm not sure what the next steps are from here besides levelling to fill out my cluster Jewel tree. Capping spell suppress with a charm is also in the works. A few people asked me for a POB for build I'm playing. Should note it's not mine (further down). It's far from optimised, but this is it. I need better charms for crit multi per power charge, unstable infusion, better chest and helmet, better jewels now I don't need as much res and str/dex. For what it is though I run 8 map mod legion in T16 jungle valleys, as many whisps as I can get. I can tank almost anything and the map mods have to be dicey af and a few things have to line up to one shot me. Most of the budget is MB for 150 Div when I got it and maybe another 25 Div for everything else
