A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

I've been working on this build for a bit over a week now, spending more time in POB and trade than actually playing several of those days. I've been wanting to post it here for a while, but I wanted to see how far I could push it first. I figured I could share my Lighning Strike of Arcing version which carried me to 100 while farming T16 8000wisps maps this league. POB for 100-150div budget : Not a leaguestarter, requires \~20d and level 92-95 to come onlin

TRINITY IS A DEAD MEME UNFORUNATELY, for endgame BLIZZARD CROWN IS IN THE MEME BIN NEXT TO TRINITY The hardest part of this build on league-start, by far, is Act1. To get past Brutus and Merveil, you can use any combination you want, but it's going to kind of suck no matter what. You can use: Stormblast Mine + Orb of Storms Puncture + Chance to Bleed Viper Strike + Chance to Poison/Efficacy Ancestral Protector + Frost Blades + Frost Bomb Blade Trap o
