PoE Ice Spear builds without Cast On Critical Strike, Cast when Damage Taken

Hi to one of my favourite subs! I was just toying around in POB when I looked through all projectile skill changes, including arrow skills and spells. I always liked the sniper's mark interaction with projectiles and also remembered Mathil building some Deadeye totem Ice Spear char a while back. I threw a quick tree together with absolute barebone config and no gear, and the initial damage seems already quite insane when I think about gear scaling? I want to play some sort of self-caster and with the ice spear buff it seems like it would be pretty good damage. I figured I could use Ice Spear as single target and for clear ice spear into packs and have herald of ice pop everything. I was able to make the build tanky to me at least with 30k armor 5k Life and 2k ES with alot of regen. Can anyone take a look at this build and see if it would be any good or have any advice?

After torturing myself with possibly the most clunky earthshatter slam build last league, I've decided to return to the good ol' Cyclone CoC archetype. Mostly inspired by this build ( and the relative juiciness of PF TR to league start post-patch, Pathfinder looks like an overall top-tier class in which to invest. ​ Obviously, this endgame min-maxed PoB will still be able to do all content with ~200m DPS, but the question is whether a mid-range build that transitions from TR at 20-30 ex investment will suffice for elder/shaper guardians and above.
