Trying to rig up a flame-surge Kitava's thirst character. It'd be like playing melee, without being melee. I'm probably going to roll with it next league unless something overtly destroys the build. Can use lightning strike if don't want to use cyclone to stack instruments of zeal. Need to check to see if frenzy + hydrosphere works for stacking fanaticism and frenzy (because then that's bis imo) we don't want inc duration on arcane surge because it needs to be up every 4 seconds

Since the damage on manabond is based on current mana, not mana spent, I've theorycrafted a hiero build based on reducing mana cost of skills as much as possible, which should allow us to control the AOE/damage by controlling our mana. With 9k mana and Pledge, Manabond will cost 4000 mana without any reduced costs. As far as I can tell, fanaticism is clunky and sucks... but the new manabond skill got me thinking that maybe it could be spammed to high heaven using fanatacism. The general premise is that you would play a character with like 10,000 mana and get 1500 base lightning for manabond when all your mana is gone and you use the skill. I think I'd share my most successful build this league, which I actually started with. I had an absolute blast playing this build, so if some of you guys looking for inspiration maybe it's the one you need.
