I have started this in Ritual and cleared all content without troubles. In early stages of the build you need to anoint Mind Drinker to have a reliable source of mana, also invest more in mana recovery from flasks nodes on the tree.

This was without Divine Flesh and with bugged Arcane Surge from Hiero where level 1 from ascendancy overrided lvl 20 from the gem. Also I will be running Skitterbots this time so I can get Snowstorm on a large cluster.
I expect the build to fully clear whatever Ultimatum will bring in.
