Manabond hiero (reduced mana cost theory)

Since the damage on manabond is based on current mana, not mana spent, I've theorycrafted a hiero build based on reducing mana cost of skills as much as possible, which should allow us to control the AOE/damage by controlling our mana. With 9k mana and Pledge, Manabond will cost 4000 mana without any reduced costs. Using inspiration, reduced mana nodes on the tree, jewels, and flask, we can reach 100% reduce mana cost (might be optimal to have at 80-95% reduced though). Mana can be easily restored to full for AOE/MoM purposes using a mana flask (as it doesn't necessarily have to be enduring either on this build)

Potential methods to decrease your mana :

1. weapon swap to manastorm shield
2. Arcane cloak + less duration
3. omeyocan lose 7% mana per second to prevent gaining mana after you drain it

Although we take MoM, it won't be reliable on the build since we want to keep our mana low for damage. So, we take Sanctuary of Thought on our ascendancy along with a couple other "mana as ES" node to play a hybrid build with MoM.

Probably not as viable as a standard agnostic+RF mana build but it was fun to try and build it. Thoughts?
