Edit: Fixed for 100% flask uptime. This is my last submission. I will be playing this version of poison permanent minions in 3.21. This build is tanky, fast and best of all you only have to cast two spells on bosses (one cast of skeleton and one cast of despair). Without skeletons up it does 13m dps , with 1 skeleton to apply wither it does 23m, and everything up it hits the poison cap. The gear looks expensive, but it is quite easy to craft. Typically you start with a fracturued base. Spam a essence until you get a 3rd modifier you like, and finish w
