PoE Hierophant, Slam builds

Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. This seems too challenging with available sources of flat mana per second, so mana stacking was the way I chose. Berserk favors attacks so Mind of the Council was a no brainer. Hello all, I'm tinkering with a "Jedi Army" build (might not be starter friendly ='( ), and I would appreciate some input :) PoB : The idea is to summon totems fighting with some lightsaber, so the best course of action I think is going Hierophant for the added totem and mana to ES scaling. Defense wise, Determination (+banner if enough mana on gear), Purity of Elements, Lethe Shade, 50% MoM + EB, and with a devouring Diadem I might be able to include Flesh an Stone. I find it quite difficult to push ES as far as I would like
