PoE Marauder, League Starter, Critical builds without Boneshatter

I leaguestarted glacial hammer trauma with prenerf heatshiver in TOTA and wanted to do something similar. The basic idea is to get a lot of flat phys from Trauma support, then convert to cold for chill and double damage with Frostbreath which is bis bc you can't use Paradoxica with Trauma. Dual Strike of Ambidexterity has a big 70% more damage with mainhand and uses offhand attack time. So we use a 1.9aps axe offhand and some Quick and Deadly cluster notables (60% mainhand damage and 30% offhand aspd) to solve attack speed. Other than that it's fairly standard

I tried raider, but impale is phys, so that didn't make much sense. I tried Champion, but "The Impaler" caps at 5 impales, so getting sources of +impale didn't make much sense to me either. This is NOT a leaguestarter due to uniques needed, I would go a classic CHIEFTAIN if you leaguestart with it due to things being much easier and cheaper if you do so. I think this build has some interesting synergies. Vulconus in main hand and Nycta's Lantern for Battlemage in the offhand makes for a good combo, when you take Avatar of Fire on the tree as well as bleed the enemy somehow.
