I made this build, it's interesting and sort of works by leveraging big health pool via dissolution of the flesh to scale Bloodthirst support for lots of flat added phys converted using Doomfletch. Rite of Ruin downside is completely offset by endless Eternal Youth like the rage vortex build featured here last week (an inspiration).
