I made this build, it's interesting and sort of works by leveraging big health pool via dissolution of the flesh to scale Bloodthirst support for lots of flat added phys converted using Doomfletch.
Rite of Ruin downside is completely offset by endless Eternal Youth like the rage vortex build featured here last week (an inspiration).
It mostly works, it's insanely fast and blows up packs, but having trouble scaling brittle and scorched on bosses to get great damage numbers.

Obviously Rain of Arrows does not scale well except on large bosses that get hit a lot, but you can get additional arrows on quiver if you wanted to run TS (replace AVP with Chain) and could get ~45m DPS in an ideal situation (max rage, popped berserk, every secondary proj hits). Or you could switch to Barrage for bossing.

Berserk lasts a super long time, at least 10s while still at max rage, and rage comes back quickly thanks to Kaom's Spirit.

DoTs are annoying, hence I've sought out immunity to Bleed, Poison, Corrupted Blood, Ignite, Burning Ground (pantheon). But there are lots of other ones in the game, especially with chaos lake bosses and some frosty ground (still)

Budget is pretty cheap, maybe 5 divine to start. Most expensive thing is making the unaffected by ignite boots but you can buy or make some without tailwind for about 4 div, or skip them altogether and deal with it via pantheon. 6L doomfletch is cheap, and cheaper even to just get a good corrupted implicit and tainted fusing up to 6L.
